We Dance, wee groove is a highly interactive and inclusive dance experience for children under 4 and adults, a unique and stimulating, enriching experience to celebrate dance, music and imaginative play, featuring professional performers, lighting and projected images, and inviting participation between audience and performers.
Initially commissioned by Imaginate in 2008, the show has developed through successful performances across Scotland through 2008-2011. The show was devised by a collaborative team of artists: director and designer Brian Hartley, composer Dave Boyd, choreographer Natasha Gilmore, dancer and education consultant Rosina Bonsu, video artist Tim Reid and Rhona Matheson & Starcatchers and is performed by a company of professional performers.
